Please Read Before you Sign Up to HCS. These rules and guidelines are very important and are strictly enforced.
Rules and Guidelines
1. Any sort of discrimination on Sex, Race, Religion, or Creed will be subject to disciplinary action. Further offences in this manner will result in your membership being terminated.
2. Every match will be decided under a 1 RP rule on a bi weekly basis. I also highly encourage that you send me segments for each show over your character. THose are really the best way for everyone to learn and get a read on what your character is all about. It also shows me you are vested in our results and makes it easier for me to give you that push. Segments aren’t mandatory, but highly recommended. It also makes results even better to have so much interaction with everyone.
3. We expect you to meet the requirements on roleplays every time you are booked. If you are unable to meet them or roleplay at all, please let the staff know ahead of time. If you are unable to roleplay at all, please give a week's notice if possible so we can keep you off the card, and not mess things up.
4. All roleplays must be easy to read with satisfactory content. Don't expect to win any matches if your roleplay is lacking depth and confusing to the reader.
5. There will be a Points Cut-Off starting the DAY BEFORE DEADLINE! Its 1 rp bi weekly. No reason to have to deal with deadline bombers.. Every Roleplay is rated on a points scale by the Owner and staff who he elects if needed. We do not condone or tolerate sandbagging in any way, and if you decide to do this, it will be your loss.
6. Please use discretion when using other wrestlers. You may talk about their character in any way you want, but you must request their permission if you would like to attack or include them in any sort of face-to-face dialogue. If you are reported for misusing a person's character, or using them without the handler's permission, you will be given a warning. If you continue to disobey this rule, you will likely be terminated. Please do not try to become an anti-authority type if you are given a warning. This will not help you, and it will not help the fed as a whole. This rule also includes MAIN NPC's, such as Managers, Valets, etc.
7. You cannot make your character invincible. In other words, YOU MUST SELL WHAT IS DONE TO YOUR CHARACTER. I cannot stress this enough. Failure to sell anything that happens to your character, for example a backstage attack, will be treated as an act of disrespect to the staff and to the other roleplayers in the game. Our characters are all human - as far as we know - and therefore are able to be injured, bruised, burned, etc. Don't act as though you can have them be some kind of immortal, indestructible being, because that would just be nonsense. With that said. Any kind of attack will not permanently alter your character.
You’re not allowed to cut your opponent's hand off or anything like that, unless of course it is an angle you and your opponent are doing for a feud and both parties are ok with it. Now, if something happens to your character in a roleplay or segment that you did not sign-off on, please alert the staff as soon as possible. Please do not openly vent about it, as this can result in unnecessary drama. Sometimes curve-balls will be thrown in results for your character to play off of.
8. Wrestlers must be original characters. No carbon copies of the Rock, Stone Cold, CM PUNK or any other direct rip-offs of any other real wrestling characters. Posers can be of a professional wrestler, however, by actually using them as a character will be ignored. If you do apply with a character like this your application will be denied.
9. If you are caught stealing a roleplay you will be terminated immediately, and you will likely be black-listed in the communities we affiliate with. Rping is a major part of this game, so why waste our time copying, editing and pasting someone else's work as a roleplay? We frown upon rehashing old roleplays as well. No Exceptions! We expect your roleplay to be original and relevant to current situations in the game world.
10. For now Posers and Signatures for your characters will be uploaded at your own discretion. Nothing offensive or derogatory will be allowed when it comes to posers or signatures that you might use. If myself or a member of my staff comes across one immediate removal from our community will happen.
11. Finally, the most important rule of them all ... have fun! If you are not having fun, or wish to comment upon something that is bothering you during the game, whether it be a certain storyline or handler, take it up with the Owner or any of the staff members. DO NOT vent your frustrations publicly, as this will cause unnecessary drama. These conversations will be held in a private setting and will be kept confidential amongst the staff. We are here to create a fun environment for everyone and wish to help those who are in need of support or distress. If you still feel like this game is no fun, take a break. If you want to simply cause problems, you will be fired. There are no other alternatives here. So have fun, RP to the best of your ability, and enjoy our fine community.
Roleplay Rubric Categories & Feedback.
Below is what we will be looking for in the role-plays. Remember that your role-plays will be considered "on camera". There will be no word count enforced for role-plays

As far as feedback goes I have a completely open communication on that. Don't come to me complaining about a loss but if you come to me for constructive feedback I will be more than willing to talk to you about it. Please if you have a dispute with results do not take them public. I am more than willing to give constructive feedback to any one willing to come and receive it.
This is starting out as a brand new fed and anyone who joins for our first show will be a part of history. I want to reiterate that this fed is all about fun. I encourage angles, storylines and communication. If you want to feud with someone just let staff and that person know. We love having people in HCS that are involved and engaged because it makes for a really great product and really adds depth and quality to our shows and pay per views. So please be creative and engaged.
My promise to you all. If you guys put out the role-plays and are involved I swear to you that you will get shows written by myself and my match writers that will make you proud that you put in your effort into your roleplays and being involved. I want this to be a fun fed that people will love to be a part of. If you give me your creativity and involvement I promise you it will be rewarded.
And with that those are the rules and guidelines. I look forward to getting this fed started and helping it grow over the next few months as we sort everything out. Thanks to all that will be joining Hate City Syndicate and let's all make this the best up and coming fed in all of efed.
Sincerely,
